Today Edmund “Ed” said goodbye to his family to go on an adventure! He looked out the window as he flew from Roanoke to Chicago. He saw many clouds and was dazzled by the beautiful scenery below! He was quite grateful for the chance to get out of the bag and experience flying. After arriving in Chicago, he discovered, with his current traveling companion, that the flight was delayed for over 2 hours! That means that he will get to fly on the next plane after 11:00pm central standard time! He crossed over time zones and will continue on his travels in the land of Lincoln. He just hopes that his return journey might not take as long!
After much waiting, Ed and his companion left Chicago at midnight on Tuesday, October 21, 2008. They arrived at their final destination just a little after one. They promptly went to bed to prepare for the next day!

Although Ed was dubious about going to Lincoln land, I think he will enjoy it. It also seems Ed broke his curfew!! I guess his father will speak to him about that when he gets home.... :)
Edmund, you are supposed to be in bed by 9 o'clock!!
